VISA PROCEDURE
Please contact the Chinese Embassy in your country to confirm if you need a visa to enter China. The Chinese government has recently expanded the list of nationalities eligible for visa-free entry. For the latest list of visa-exempt countries, click here.
If a visa is required, please contact Flavio Grementieri at flavio@uim.sport. We will reach out to the Baoshan Government to request an official invitation letter to support your visa application through the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your country.
Please kindly note that this invitation letter cannot replace the visa to enter to the Chinese country, the letter that you will receive will only support your visa application at the Chinese Embassy in your country of residence.
SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM/TO SHANGHAI PUDONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (PVG) ONLY
A shuttle service will be arranged for local transfers at your arrival and departure between Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Cordis Seaworld Shanghai Hotel only.
No transfers will be organized from any other airport.
Make sure to provide your arrival/departure airport/flight details when completing your booking form.
Please note that the contact details of the person coordinating transfers on behalf of the local host will be shared by email and published in this section by September.
