The official Hotel for the 98th UIM General Assembly is the Cordis Shanghai Seaworld located at the N° 166 Wusongkou Rd, Baoshan, Shanghai, China, 20190

​

Cordis, Shanghai, SeaWorld is located in the waterfront area of Baoshan District, at the confluence of the Huangpu and Yangtze Rivers. It sits adjacent to the Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal, one of Asia’s major cruise ports, serving as a key point for maritime travel to and from Shanghai. The hotel is integrated into the SeaWorld commercial complex, which includes a mix of restaurants, shops, and public spaces.

The area is located near several notable sites, including Wusong Paotaiwan Wetland Forest Park, a protected ecological zone offering river views and walking trails, as well as historic coastal defense landmarks linked to Shanghai’s military past. By car, the district is approximately 40 minutes’ drive from Shanghai Pudong International Airport, depending on traffic conditions, making it accessible for both domestic and international travelers.

The following special rates apply for the persons attending the UIM General Assembly and meeting week:

  • Single room: 115 USD per night (1 person)

  • Double room/Twin room: 170 USD per night (2 persons)

*The above rates are on full board basis and include VAT​

CATERING FOR CORDIS SEAWORLD SHANGHAI

The delegates and guests can have their meals at the Cordis Market Restaurant at the following times:

​

  • Breakfast: 06:30 to 10:30 

  • Lunch: 12:00 to 14:00

  • Dinner: 19:00 to 22:00​

BOOKING PROCEDURE

To book your room, please complete the booking form attached to the invitation letter.

BOOKING POLICY

The Cordis Seaworld Shanghai reserves the right to apply the following cancellation and no show policy:

​

  • All reservations must be made prior to Monday 25 August 2025​

  • Room availability and preferential rates cannot be guaranteed after that date​

  • Any cancellation received 2 days before the arrival date will result in a full stay charge

  • ​​No-shows will be subject to 100% cancellation fee for the duration of the reserved stay 

​

Check-in / Check-out time:

Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out time is at 12:00 (noon)
